• Setting goals, planning and making policy to improve the unit’s service with colleagues’ consultation
• Supervising, coordinating and keeping in view the activities of the information unit
• Carrying out and pursuing administrative correspondence of the unit
• Announcing need of equipment and facilities and broaching the existing problems
• Creating coordination on affairs related to colleagues’ conge
• Participating in carrying out daily affairs of the unit
• Analyzing colleagues’ seasonal reports and making annual work report

Duties as manager of the site of the central library and information center

•  Editing and inserting news of different sections
• Creating new pages and editing and updating old pages
• Enriching the site by inserting content or using special modules
• Analyzing and evaluating different algorithms and providing suggesting algorithms to the web designing team
• Appointing tasks of the site designing team to generate content
• Coordinating with the group members and holding meetings
